Children's Choir

Ages: 2 to 14 years of age

Tamarind Children's Choir has been under the direction of Christine Davis for the past 8 years. The choir's membership is about 45 with room to grow. Our mission is to spiritually nurture our children through song and music.

The Choir regularly sings every 2nd Saturday of the month. Also, they perform at various churches throughout the year. It is currently preparing for the 30th Annual Children's Choir Festival sponsored by the So. Calif. Conference Greater L.A. Region Youth Department on Saturday, April 8, 2006. Tamarind Avenue Seventh-day Adventist is the host church for this event.

On December 2005 the choir went Christmas Caroling at the South Bay Pavilion in Carson, CA. This was truly a joyful event! It gave the children a chance to share their talents and witness to their community.
