About Us
The Tamarind Pathfinder Club is a program for young people
that builds Christian character, trains them in life skills and develops personal fitness. This organization is similar to the Boy & Girls Scouts of America but is Christian based. You do not have to be a member of the Tamarind Ave. Seventh-day Adventist church to join the Tamarind Tigers. This group is  an outreach, coed group of youth from ages 10-17.

Activities

Tamarind Tigers are dedicated to Community Service. They annually feed the homeless on skid row for Thanksgiving in addition to visiting nursing homes and doing community outreach locally. The club also has a Drum Corps which has participated in competitions and also played for parades and special events. The group also goes on Camping Trips and  learns survival skills.
